Alfa-Bank’s shareholder ABH Ukraine Limited successfully registered two Eurobond issues for a total amount of USD 100 million
ABH Ukraine Limited, a shareholder of JSC "ALFA-BANK", which owns 42.4% of the bank's shares, completed two new Eurobond issues in the form of loan participation notes (LPN): for USD 50 mln with the maturity date July 05, 2024 (ISIN XS2388153558) and for USD 50 mln with the maturity date January 22, 2025 (ISIN XS2388153715) with quarterly coupon payments for all the issues. The level of yields on the issues indicates the current situation on the international capital markets.The Eurobonds were issued pursuant to the rules specified by the Regulation "S" of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The LPN issues are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
As of the publication date, there were 16 issues of ABH Ukraine Limited in circulation, including 14 issues in USD and two issues in euro, 13 issues have been repaid.
