Alfa-Bank’s (Ukraine) shareholder ABH Ukraine Limited successfully registered three Eurobond issuesOn May 25, 2021, ABH Ukraine Limited, a shareholder of JSC "ALFA-BANK", which owns 42.4% of the bank's shares, completed three new Eurobond issues in the form of loan participation notes (LPN): for EUR 50 mln with the maturity date March 05, 2024 (ISIN XS2346585909), for USD 20 mln with the maturity date February 07, 2024 (ISIN XS2346584175) and for USD 50 mln with the maturity date February 15, 2023 (ISIN XS2346584258) with quarterly coupon payments for all the issues. The level of yields on the issues indicates the current situation on the international capital markets.
The Eurobonds were issued pursuant to the rules specified by the Regulation "S" of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The LPN issues are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
As of the publication date, there were 15 issues of ABH Ukraine Limited in circulation, including 12 issues in USD and three issues in euro, 12 issues have been repaid.
